Does anyone know how to use this? Am I right to think you need to select a program then increase the speed? What should it be on?
Answer: Instructions are not clear. But if you press the bottom button under the start button you can select the speed. I start on program 1 and warm up to higher programs. I haven't worked out how to get it to go into English on startup. But it is a fab device. -

Answer: Difficult to measure, but very high tension. Great workout. You'll feel it alright. But build gradually. -

Is it possible to stand on the plate in bare feet? It looks a bit knobbly and uncomfortable?
Answer: At fast speed, it will be very uncomfortable. -

Answer: No idea, but read the instructions as we did, it plugs in and it has Bluetooth. -

I can't get into manual setting mode. It says hold power button for 5 seconds but nothing happens or flashes. Any ideas?
Answer: I too found it very difficult to enter the manual mode without trying many times. It was so hit and miss that I decided not to bother and stick to the presets. The Instruction Manual is quite hopeless as I find most are these days. -

Can you plug this machine into an extension plug if it's the only thing plugged into the extension?
Answer: I've plugged Evoland Vibration Power Plate into an extension plug socket with a surge protector. -

Is it worth getting the extra resistance bands? It doesn’t say what resistance the ones included are.
Answer: I took the resistance bands off as they were not useful to me. The metal attachments for these look very flimsy. I personally can't see them lasting long if used regularly. That said, I am very happy with the plate otherwise.
