- Cafelat Gasket:8.5mm made of food grade FDA silicone. Unlike original rubber gases, Cafelat gases have no small or taste, easy to change. Seal is softer than the original to facilitate a good seal. Cafelat specializes in gases for espresso machines and developments seals with the best fit.
- Box contents: silicone grease Molykote 111 safe, tasteless, odourless, premium quality. Safe for food and your espresso machine. Prevents seals from embroidery to metal, plastic, withstands weather and water washout.
- Silicone seals require silicon grease, other types of lubricants may damage the silicone.
- Molykote 111 industry standard lubricant with decades of proven performance. Made in the USA.
- Instructions: 1. Remove old shower holder, seal. 2 - Clean group head with brush. 3. Lubricate the sides of the gasket, just a small amount to give the seals a "shine". 3. Install the seal "Cafelat" sign up to the group head. Flat side down to portafilter.
- Depend on the intensity of use, seals last from 6 to 18 months.
