Is the kayak difficult to assemble?
Answer: No, the kayak is lightweight and compact, making assembly a breeze. -

Does it come with a backpack type bag of any sort?
Answer: The bag is rubbish and it is heavy! We bought a suitcase on wheels and it's perfect. Just wheel down to the beach and you're sorted! -
Question:
Is the weight of an adult ok?
Answer: Weight limit for the current version is 180kg - that's two fairly solid adults. Have seen a youtube video of two large people in it ok - I reckon they were 200kg+. -
Question:
Has anyone put more than 180kgs in it? My partner and I are 188kgs together. Kayaks that take more weight are much more expensive
Answer: Yes, I have. I’m 115kg and both my kids been in with me, I found that no problem at all, your weight will be distributed more evenly. It’s a lot more stable than I ever expected it to be. -

Could this kayak handle going down a weir?
Answer: Yes, I went down a few, be careful you don’t graze your undercarriage or you’ll need some cream to rub in the abrasion. -
Question:
Can the seats be moved to different positions? If used by a large adult alone, can the seat be moved to the middle position?
Answer: There are two seats, one at the back and one in the middle. The seats are applied via Velcro. The middle seat can be used without the back, and the back seat can be used without the middle. The seat can be moved slightly forth and back along the Velcro strip in the middle of the kayak. -
Question:
Is the material tough enough to cope with a small terrier's claws?
Answer: Probably not as it's similar to inflatable dinghy material...unless your terrier can be persuaded to wear slippers?! -
Question:
Do the seats come with the kayak?
Answer: Yes, the seats, oars, and pump all come with the kayak. -
Question:
I have a drain plug/hole but there isn't a plug. Should I have one? And if so, how can I get one?
Answer: The drain is in the front of the boat on the floor and yes, you need the plug. If the hole is open, all the water will go into the canoe and you will sink.
