- Now offered in 3 different sizes, at a lower price, the Hans IV is a new and improved FHR (Frontal Head Restraint) that is 10% lighter than the previous Hans III. Custom molded pads which nest into the device, preventing slippage, were designed with an upgraded foam for improved comfort and support. Offered a 20 -degree option, this FHR is perfect for the entry level driver across many race series. Each HANS device is sold complete with two anchors (enough for one helmet), pads, and matching tether. 10% Lighter than the HANS III. The best price on a HANS device on the market. Custom molded pads nest in the device to prevent padsfromslipping. Foam is a perfect blend for comfort and support. More sizes to fit more drivers. Three different anchor options: Post Anchor (standard), QuickClick (SFI only), M61(SoldSeparately) Includes helmet post anchors and tether. High collar cut away made to not contact the wearer’sneckinrear impacts. Improved harness retention so belts will not slip.
