The router does not have 10GB Ethernet but can be connected to an entry-level 10GB switch with SFP+ ports. This router does not support 802.11ad aka WiGig. However, it can be used to set up a single SSID with the correct band. The gaming port on the router is rated to provide up to 2.5 gig. However, a reviewer received only 940-950 MBPS on their 1.25 Gig connection. The router has an overall good performance although there are some concerns regarding longevity.
