Question:
Couldn't I just use a coffee filter or fine mesh fabric to make almond/coconut milk?
Answer: Coffee filter never worked for me. You could make your own bag. I found this bag to be made of a softer material than tulle you'd find at fabric store. You don't want to use tulle with holes or you'll get particles in the milk. I've used kitchen towels, as a filter, but that always left a big mess. -

How many cups of nut pulp will the bag hold?
Answer: Three cups of almond pulp fills only one third of the bag. You can fill it more of course but you need to allow room to twist the bag and room for your hands to squeeze it. So even if you have say ten cups of almond pulp, just fill the bag with a few cups of pulp at a time. -

What is the size of the cloth holes in microns?
Answer: Although I am not 100% sure, I would guess about 30 Microns. This bag is great for nut milk. -

Answer: It can make any kinds of cold drink such as milk production almonds, hemp, coconut, oats, rice, flax milk, yogurt, fruits and vegetables juice cold brew coffee. -

Answer: Yes, I make coconut milk with this bag as well as strain my bone broths, though I highly recommend pre-straining the large pieces with a mesh strainer first so as not to damage bag with sharp bones. I've reused my bag numerous times for almond milk, coconut milk, and as a final broth strainer and have had no problem with it! -
