These inserts come in a pack of 10 and in sizes ranging from 13mm to 19mm. Customer experience with these flange inserts has been mixed. Some customers have found that they are a great addition to their pumping routine, enabling them to find the right size for their breast shield and ultimately produce more milk. Others, however, have not found them to be very effective and have found that they add an extra step to their already busy routine. Overall, these flange inserts are worth trying out if you are struggling to find the right breast shield size for your breast pump.
