The bean bag is advertised as a 3KG memory foam filling. However, customers have reported that even after filling it with 15lbs of foam, the bean bag did not resemble what was advertised. Additionally, customers have reported weak stitching and holes in the bag. Moreover, the product is uncooked, and customers had a hard time filling the bag with four packages. Removing the filling was also a nightmare for them. Some customers also reported difficulties with the straps provided in the bag, which get in the way while trying to stuff it. Although the chair looks cute, it is not very soft and feels quite whooly.
