The product is generally praised for enhancing holiday recipes, with reviewers expressing satisfaction with its flavor and texture. The ginger pieces are described as being roughly the size of a fingertip, which many find suitable for their culinary needs. However, there are several points of concern raised by customers, including packaging issues where bags arrived with pinholes, leading to potential moisture exposure. Additionally, some customers were disappointed to find that the bag contained slightly less than the advertised weight and expressed concerns about the high sugar content, as well as the presence of sulfur dioxide as a preservative, which poses allergenic risks for some individuals. In summary, while the diced ginger garners positive feedback for its usability in recipes and quality, potential buyers should be aware of the packaging flaws and ingredient concerns before making a purchase. **
