Are these waterproof or water resistant?
Answer: These are not outdoor lights. I wouldn't wear them in a rain. A few sprinkles might be ok but it's like those tiny fairy lights inside of the hair scrunchie. So, not sure what you mean by waterproof. You should ask the maker/seller of the product to get the official answer. I wouldn't wear these if it's going to get wet. -
