The tinted moisturizer can be used as a foundation and is also a moisturizer. Customers like that the moisturizer covers well, feels great on the skin, and provides good moisture. However, some customers did not like the thinner Consistency of the moisturizer and found that it did not provide enough coverage or moisturization.
