The palette has three matte shades and one shimmery shade on the right bottom corner but it's not glittery on the skin. It is vegan and cruelty-free and is batch tested for quality assurance. It has been designed in the US but manufactured in China. It goes on nicely and seems to last all day with primer and foundation under. The colors are darker than the advertised picture.
