This 14 AWG silicone copper wire is exceptionally flexible and durable, making it ideal for various applications. The thick silicone rubber insulation makes it highly resistant to abrasion, UV rays and practically everything else. While it is very limp wire and cannot be “formed” into a particular shape, it can comfortably wrap around a pencil. Judging by customer reviews, the wire is suitable for various applications, including creating a center-fed dipole antenna for better connectivity, making battery primary wires for vintage Yamaha motorcycles, rewiring scissor lifts, and creating test leads, among others. The wire is also suitable for use in 120v 15amp circuits.
