The CQRobot Speaker 3 Watt 4 Ohm is a small speaker suitable for various electronic projects. It comes with two speakers in the box and has a JST-PH2.0 interface. The product is plug and play for some systems while it requires stripping the wires and twisting them together to function for others. A customer cut off the plugs of the speaker and attached them to terminal blocks with no problem. Others wanted to use an alligator clip directly on the line, and a customer was not impressed with the volume. The speaker does not connect to the GPIO on a Raspberry Pi, but it can connect to an audio amplifier or a replacement speaker. The built-in new small speakers of the "jst-ph 2.0-n" model has improved sound quality and volume. The speakers worked as expected, are loud, and come with no grills to protect fingers. It's also small enough to fit into a 1/14 scale Tamiya RC Truck.
