Product Details
- The Stamina Elliptical Trainer 704 provides smooth, low-impact cardiovascular exercise that’s gentler on the joints compared to a traditional treadmill workout. The back-and-forth elliptical motion improves heart health, tones upper and lower body muscle, and burns calories. Choose your desired intensity level with a quick turn of the tension dial. 8 different levels of smooth, quiet magnetic resistance help to ensure an effective workout for users of all fitness levels. Track your stats with the large, easy-to-read LCD monitor and view your time, speed, calories, distance and total distance. Place your hands on the built-in handlebar sensors to track your heart rate. SCAN mode automatically cycles through each of these metrics in real-time, without the need for fiddling with the LCD monitor to switch between each stat. Just below the monitor, you’ll find the conveniently-located device tray, which allows you to place a smartphone or tablet device on the machine during exercise. After you’re done exercising, use the built-in wheels to move the Elliptical to storage with ease.
