    Answer: No, for the time being the threaded castors do not come with the nuts, they will need to be purchased separately, but we are planning to have them included very soon with our castors.
  • Question: How do I make a return and reorder as wrong size?

  • Question: Are the rods on these castors removable to allow for another, longer bolt to be used to attach the wheels?

    Answer: No, the rods on these castors are fixed, but the casters themselves are brilliant.
  • Question: Hi, I'm replacing a wheel on a heavy table. The height from floor to underside of table leg needs to be 35mm. Will this wheel work?

    Answer: The 25mm Stem Threaded wheels are approximately 40mm, so keep these dimensions in mind for your project.
  • Question: Are these M8 or M6? The text says M8 but the image shows M6.

    Answer: We offer both sizes M6 and M8. The M8 size will be in stock again around 01/10/2020.
  • Question: How well would these cope below a desk, running over shallow carpet?

    Answer: In my opinion, these castors may not be suitable for fixing a threaded bolt through the bottom of a desk. They work well on tiled floor surfaces, as mentioned by a customer who used them on a small pine cupboard.
  • Question: Are these with M5 screw?

    Answer: The item is described as M6 screws. We apologize for any confusion or inability to recall the M5 screw option.
  • Question: Can someone please tell me the difference between the 25mm and the fixed option?
