They are easy to assemble and made of great quality with soft leather that can support up to 350 lbs. There is a lever on the side to lower the seat and they can be adjusted depending on the height of your dining table. The back of the chairs is smooth, not tufted. They come in bright red, bright yellow, grey, white and turquoise which looks like the picture. They are very comfy and sturdy, but it is hard to get in and out of them and they may tip over easily. Overall, these chairs are a great buy and are still like new after many years of use.
