Some customers disliked the lip balm's taste, which they said tasted like roses, and the smell. Some were disappointed by the minimal pigmentation of the shade Little Red and the clear texture. However, customers appreciated the texture of the lip balm as well as its applicator and moisturizing features. One customer even put it on their list of favorites.
