Greenfield Kickstands & Jiffy Stands SKS2-305B Editorial Review
The Greenfield SKS2 Rear-Mounted Bicycle Kickstand has received generally positive reviews from customers. One of the standout features of this kickstand is its adjustability, as users have mentioned that they were able to cut the leg down to their desired height. This customization option not only allows for a more sturdy kickstand but also gives users the freedom to set it at their preferred height. The rear-mounted design of the kickstand is also praised by customers, as it allows for easy back-pedaling when moving the bike or performing maintenance tasks. It is especially suitable for bikes that have limited space on the usual chain stays near the bottom bracket. However, some customers have encountered issues with compatibility. The kickstand may not fit certain bike models, such as the Diamondback Overdrive v 29er Mountain Bike and the Trek Shift 3. It is recommended to check the compatibility before purchasing to ensure a proper fit. In terms of Construction, the kickstand is made of solid aluminum, which adds to its durability. However, some customers have mentioned that they had to cut it down to fit their specific bike, which could be seen as a downside for those looking for a hassle-free installation. Overall, the Greenfield SKS2 Rear-Mounted Bicycle Kickstand is Considered a good choice for those seeking a sturdy and adjustable kickstand. Its rear-mounted design and customization options make it a popular option among customers.
