It appears this antenna has 1 connector for both bands so it has an internal duplexer?
Answer: The radio has to have a duplex adapter the use both -

Can this antenna be used for 11 meter cb band?
Answer: No. That antenna is used for 2 meter vhf and 70cm uhf cab is a hf band. -

Can this antenna be mounted horizontally for ssb or do i need to drill extra holes in the boom?
Answer: Leave it the way it is. You don't need to modify it! -

Answer: I believe that it should work on the second-story balcony. Mine works from the ground up about eight or 10 feet high. So unless there’s a lot of interference, it should work fine. -
