Answer: The lid only fits as expected when the strainer is between the pot and the lid. Lid: 1.15 ounces = 34 grams. Strainer: 0.95 ounces = 27 grams. Pot: 3.90 ounces = 110 grams. Pot and lid without strainer: 5.05 ounces = 144 grams. -

What are the dimensions of this pot? Height and diameter, please.
Answer: Height: 6 inches. Diameter at lid edge: 5 inches. Handle extends 1 inch away from container and 2 inches tall. -

Answer: There is no rust noted after approximately 3 months with wash x 2 at this time. -

Can this product be used for bacon grease?
Answer: This product can be used to strain or filter any liquid grease regardless of origin, thus eliminating residues that remain after it has been used. -

How much does it weigh?
Answer: Shipping weight: 5.6 ounces. Pot is made of aluminum, so it doesn't weigh much by itself. If you mean full, a quart equals about 2 lbs.
