Nutritionist's Take
Forever Living's Forever Garlic-Thyme offers potential cardiovascular and immune support, leveraging the properties of garlic and thyme. With 10mg of garlic extract and 50mg of thyme leaf powder per softgel, it aims to provide antioxidant benefits and enhance heart health. Both ingredients are noted for their anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, contributing to overall wellness. However, while the softgel is odorless and gluten-free, nutritionists often caution that supplementation should not replace a balanced diet rich in whole foods. The effectiveness of the product varies among individuals, and those with specific dietary restrictions or health concerns should consult a healthcare professional before use. Additionally, the quantity of garlic extract may be lower compared to other supplements, highlighting the importance of ingredient quality when evaluating its potential benefits. Overall, it can complement a healthy lifestyle but should be considered as part of a broader nutritional strategy.
