    Answer: The short answer is no. However, if it's in digital/ file format, then you can resize the image to the 18x12 dimension. Alternatively, you can crop the image as long as you preserve the aspect ratio 3:2. And if you feel daring and ambitious with a physical poster, slice it into 4 18x12 rectangles and use four of these frames for an artistic expression.

    Answer: No, definitely not. I have noticed glare depending on the light conditions, Also it is at best, a heavy 1/16 inch thick, so not terribly rigid. I have noticed some rippling of the image in frame, when viewed from particular angles, in particular light conditions. Overall quite pleased with their frames,(I own 4 sets in 3 different sizes) low cost for generally good quality.

    Answer: Hi, the mat can be removed, but the frame's opening view is smaller than 18x24, only 17.5x23.5 inch. Hope this will help.

    Answer: Hi, the natural wood frame is made of solid wood, but the surface has been sprayed with transparent paint and cannot be dyed.
  • Question: Would this work to frame a puzzle, not a poster?

    Answer: Probably not without a point driver to attach the back panel to an adjusted depth. I framed a photo and used my own standard mat that must have been a hair thicker than the mat that came with the frame and I couldn’t close the back slide tabs. I had to use a point driver to make it work so a puzzle would probably be too thick unless you also took that extra step.
