LLDSIMEX Turning Tools Editorial Review
The LLDSIMEX 6-12'' Piston Type Quick Change Tool Set 100 AXA has garnered mixed reviews from customers who have used it with machines including Smithy Granite 1324 and Atlas/Craftsman lathes. While some users found that the tool set fit their lathe without modification and greatly improved their productivity, others reported that modifications were necessary to make it work, and some felt that the adjusting screw and nut seemed cheap. The product has been praised for its quality and craftsmanship, with one customer noting that it took only a few minutes to make it compatible with their lathe. Another customer appreciated the good finish and functionality of the set. However, concerns were raised about the security of the height adjustment and the fit of the base plate. Despite the mixed feedback, some customers expressed satisfaction with the purchase and stated that they would buy it again, highlighting the good packaging and light oiling to prevent corrosion. Overall, the tool set has been perceived as a cost-effective option by some users, offering good value for the money.
