SoyaJoy Tofu Editorial Review
The Soyajoy Premium Total Tofu Kit is a great choice for those interested in making their own tofu. It comes with a wooden tofu mold, pressing cloth, and a package of nigari, which can make up to 1.5 pounds of firm-textured tofu. The longer the tofu is pressed, the firmer it becomes. The pressing cloth measures 14" x 22" and the dimensions of the tofu box are 6"x5"x5". It is easy to clean and can also be used to make paneer. Customer feedback for this product has been mostly positive with users finding it to be a good quality and affordable option for making their own tofu. They appreciate the sturdiness of the kit and the flexibility in size for making tofu. However, some users did encounter issues with the tofu being too firm or finding dirt marks on the cloth.
