The Diamond Brite Paint 40100 1-Gallon InteriorExterior Latex PVA Primer Sealer is an excellent all-purpose primer that is perfect for use on new drywall. This primer works for just about anything and eliminates the need to have different primers. It seals the surface and prepares it to accept the paint coating. However, the product does not seem to perform well on exterior wood siding according to customer feedback. Some customers also reported that the primer is too thin and took multiple coats to cover properly. On the other hand, the Primer worked great for indoor painting projects as it provides great coverage on new drywall. Customers found that it was perfect for use on home fences and also appreciated the price which was less than the local store. Overall, the Diamond Brite Paint 40100 1-Gallon InteriorExterior Latex PVA Primer Sealer seems to be a hit or miss.
