    Answer: Rechargeable via a USB port.
  • Question: How long does the battery last?

    Answer: This MP3 can support play for up to 22-24 hours by earphone (volume set at 15) after fully charged.

    Answer: Yes, it does. As soon as it gets plugged in to charge, it starts playing.
  • Question: Can you plug it into a car and does it work through car speakers?

    Answer: It's a USB connection, so unless you have a new car stereo that has MP3 plugin access directly, it won't work. However, you can get a USB auxiliary wire that plugs into an older style stereo and either way it should work on the car speakers then. Please check your actual stereo online first to see if it needs an auxiliary cable first.
  • Question: Does this have a web manual? Also, how to tell its charge state?

    Answer: If you want to order the U1 MP3, it has a rechargeable lithium battery built-in which can be charged up when it is plugged in. There is a battery symbol on the screen of the MP3 player, and you can see how full the battery is.
  • Question: Do you need to format its internal memory before downloading music onto its memory?

    Answer: You don't need to format the MP3 before you use it. There are only 2-3 songs in it for you to try to see if the MP3 can work or not. It is brand new.
  • Question: Is there a reset button?

    Answer: There is a setting icon (设置 in Chinese) you can see. Enter into it and you can see there will be a submenu Language/语言. Choose this one, then slide down to choose English, and the language will be set to English. If you still don't know how to do it, please contact us by email and we will help you out.
  • Question: Mine used to resume where it left off (shuffle mode), now starts at the same song every time & at a very loud volume level 8 - how do I fix this?
