This cooling rack is made in China with high grade 304 18/8 stainless steel which is rust-resistant and contains 18% Chromium and 8% Nickel. The size of the squares is 3/8" x 3/8". Customers can use it to roast pork or beef, bacon, and even butternut squash in the oven. Though it’s a little difficult to clean, customers have found that repeatedly running a sponge over the top and bottom of it has done the trick. The Nordicware quarter sheet pan fits the 8.5" x 12" cooling and roasting rack perfectly. It is sturdy, dishwasher safe, and recommended. However, one customer states that the product is substandard and rusted despite the manufacturer’s claim of being rust-resistant.
