Answer: I have used it on my beard and on my head, and I have seen growth on my head and my beard. Grows quicker now as well. -

Answer: Don't use L'oréal as it's a cosmetic and doesn't have natural ingredients. I use Gnarly Joe beard wash and then when my beard has dried I apply either the beard oil or balm in a small amount and massage that into the hair root area. Never use both oil and balm. -
