Question:
Will this product work on 13.5mm pile?
Answer: Not sure but it worked on my deep pile carpet. Protects from the wheels of my office chair. -
Question:
Can I put it on a not too thick rug? Will the thingies underneath pierce a hole through the rug and damage the hard floor?
Answer: The pointy bits underneath stop the mat slipping. They are tiny and unless your rug is like a sheet of paper it won't do any harm. Seriously if it is more than 2mm thick you should be fine. -
Question:
Would placing heavy furniture on this, such as a post from a bed, cause it to crack?
Answer: It withstands my weight (117kg) plus a chair rolling about on it (5 point wheeled office chair) no issues. I would guess it also depends a bit on what the floor is like - mine is on quite a low pile carpet that is quite supportive to the the protector. There is some give in the protector, it isn't totally brittle. -
Question:
Will this product work underneath a dining table?
Answer: If the dining table is small and with only 2 chairs I think it would work fine, probably not suitable for larger tables though. -

Is it delivered flat or rolled up?
Answer: Mine was delivered flat. It was so stiff it could not have been rolled up. -

Can you buy one that is 120 x 175 cm?
Answer: I think that this comes in standard sizes. I'm not sure if 120x 175 is a standard size.
