The CyberpowerPC comes with an Intel B460 chipset motherboard and a 600-watt power supply unit. The PC should come with a remote to control the RGB on the fans. One customer experienced an error message with distorted start-up screen and had to contact customer service. Another customer received the machine in good condition and found it to be very fast and quiet. A third customer loves the LED controller, speed, and performance but wishes it had a USB C connection. Another customer uses the PC for school work, learning to code, and gaming. One reviewer says the PC needs a cooling upgrade and a proper parts list. Another reviewer's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module stopped working after ten months, and the customer service experience was disappointing.
