The ingredients include Sunflower Oil, Lutein, Gelatin, Glycerin, Yellow Beeswax, Purified Water USP, Lecithin, Annatto Oil, Titanium Dioxide, and Soy. There is no known toxic effect of these ingredients and they are safe to Consume. There is no zinc or vitamin A in this supplement. One softgel per day is enough. Customers have positively reviewed this supplement, whereby senior citizens have experienced slow decline in eye health have reported improvement in vision and overall eye health while using this product. The supplement is also reported to have slowed down the decline of cataracts in some individuals.
