The Feria #822 Rose Gold hair dye claims to give a vibrant rose gold shade on hair. However, there are mixed experiences from the customers. Some customers had to use a higher volume developer or additional hair color to achieve light hair shades. A customer with grey and strawberry blonde hair had her hair turned purple after using the dye which can be fixed using Preference Hair Color #7 Dark Blonde. It is not recommended to mix leftover color with a conditioner as they are oxidative dye and needs developer mixed in to activate. The product can not be used without the developer. The effectiveness of the dye depends largely on the customer's natural hair color. Customers with very light blonde hair loved the color and got plenty of compliments but for customers with darker hair, the results were not satisfactory, including covers and tones. The dye has a strong odor which can be unpleasant. The product is hard to find in stores and sometimes it arrives damaged when ordered online.
