While advertised as borosilicate, it is advised not to use them for heating as the glass is relatively thin and may not hold up. The measurement lines are about 95% accurate, which should suffice for most purposes. However, the beakers are not well-annealed and have a high amount of internal stress. This can be seen through a polarized medium and they sound dull when rung, although they may appear cracked they are not. Overall, the quality is satisfactory and the vendor provides good customer service, promptly sending out replacements when necessary.
