The laptop is preloaded with Windows 10 Home edition operating system but can run Linux as well. The screen refresh rate can be changed from 60 Hz to 120 Hz. However, some customers have experienced problems with the product. Upgrading to Windows 11 has led to a blue screen every time the laptop goes to sleep/hibernate/remains inactive. The fan exhaust is on the bottom of this laptop, making it uncomfortable to use on your bed or lap because of how hot it gets.
