It performs really well in winds ranging from less than 5mph to over 30mph. The package comes with a polyester flying line, 2x25m on winder + straps included. Though a tail is not required, there is an attachment point for one if you would like to fly with one. The minimum wind speed for proper flying is 6mph. When it comes to wetness, if the outer sail gets wet then it will slow the kites down a little but not much performance will be lost, but if the kite falls in the water and is soaked it will not fly. According to one review, the strings under the kite were found shredding after 4 attempted flights. Another review found that the kite struggled to stay untwisted without a swivel to take it apart. Overall, the product has been received well and is an entertaining outdoor activity for all ages.
